You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for store credit minus a 15% restocking fee. If your order arrives damaged due to the shipper mishandling it, please inform the driver immediately and contact us via email or phone. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or damaged item, etc.). Otherwise, you will have to pay for shipping.
All warranty service returns on items that are defective will be handled through the manufacturer. We will be happy to help you contact the manufacturer regarding defective warranty returns.
You should receive credit for your returns within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a credit sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days).
